Lost & Found Claim Period
- To claim a lost item, you must provide proof of ownership and present a valid form of identification. You must also complete the “Lost & Found Form” for record-keeping before the item can be returned.
- If a found item requires excessive storage costs, we reserve the right to auction it or sell it at market value and hold the proceeds. Items that are perishable or pose food safety risks may be disposed of on the day they are found or at closing time on the same day.
- Found items are kept for three months. Perishable items, items that pose food safety risks, and items with unpleasant odors are excluded from this policy. Valuable items that remain unclaimed after three months will be transferred to Ziqiang Police Station. Tel: +886-7-291-0188.
